Procurement of Various Construction Supplies 2026-03-0057-IP
INVITATION TO BID The City Government of Dapitan, through its Bids and Awards Committee BAC, invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and if found eligible to bid for the following contract: Contract ID: PR 2026-03-0057-IP Contract Name: Supply and Delivery of Various Construction Supplies Purpose: For use in the Repair of Canopy Infront of New Government Center, Dawo, Dapitan City. Approved Budget for the Contract ABC: Php 727,697.00 inclusive of all applicable taxes Source of Fund: 20% LDF • Prospective bidders should have expertise in undertaking a similar project within the last three 3 years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. • Bidders shall submit their bids through their respective duly authorized representatives using the forms specified in the Bidding Documents in two 2 separate sealed bid envelopes containing their technical and financial documents. • Documents submitted must be in accordance with the checklist provided and must have a corresponding label or name plates. • The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualification of the lowest/single calculated bid shall be conducted. • All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Evaluation of Bids, Post Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent provision of RA 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations IRR. The schedules of activities are listed as follows: BAC Activities Schedule Availability and Issuance of Bidding Documents May 13 - 28, 2026 Deadline for the Submission of Bids and Eligibility Documents May 28, 2026; 1:30 P.M. Bid Evaluation / Bid Opening May 28, 2026; 2:00 P.M. • Philippine Bidding Documents will be electronically uploaded to the PhilGEPS website of the City of Dapitan. • Interested Bidders may inspect the Bidding Documents and obtain further information from the Secretariat – Bids and Awards Committee Office, CGO Dapitan. A complete set of Bidding Documents shall be issued upon payment of non-refundable fee of one thousand pesos only Php 1,000.00 payable to the Office of the City Treasurer, Dapitan City. • The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by prospective Bidder or his/her authorized representative. Bidders shall comply Sec. 52.4.1 of the IRR of RA 12009. The City Government of Dapitan assumes no responsibility whatsoever compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of their bids. The City Government of Dapitan reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, and to annul the bidding process and rejects all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder of bidders.
