Expression of interest for Construction Work on the Dam, Access Track and Hydro-agricultural Development of the Binder Perimeter
the Government of the Republic of Chad, Through Pidacc/bn, Has Obtained Financing From the African Development Bank (adb) to Finance the Cost of the Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change Project, and Intends to Use Part of This Financing to Make Payments Under the Contract Relating to the Construction Works of the Dam, the Access Road and the Hydro-agricultural Development of the Binder Perimeter, in the Province of Mayo-kebbi West.
the Objective of This Project is to Strengthen the Resilience of Local Populations to the Effects of Climate Change, to Secure Access to Water for Agriculture and Livestock, and to Improve Agro-pastoral Production in the Binder Area.
