Tenders are invited for Acquisition of interchangeable superstructures for existing chassis of trucks for summer road maintenance
The subject of this public contract is the acquisition of 4 interchangeable superstructures for existing chassis of trucks for summer road maintenance. The requirements of the contracting authority are detailed in Annex No. 3a and No. 3b - technical specifications. The requirements for the execution and technical parameters of the vehicles with superstructures are minimum and binding for the supplier. If a participant proposes a different execution with non-compliant parameters or incomplete equipment, the contracting authority reserves the right to exclude this offer from further evaluation. A participant may offer products with higher technical parameters than the established minimums, but must not exceed the contracting authoritys requirements for maximum performance values, if defined. The contracting authority requires such technical, functional, and legislative execution of the interchangeable superstructures that allows for their seamless installation on the chassis specified in Annex No. 3a and No. 3b - technical specifications and subsequent operation on roadways while ensuring road maintenance without exceeding the technical capabilities of the existing chassis (e.g., engine performance and axle load while complying with all applicable legislative conditions). This requirement must be substantiated by a tabular calculation of the vehicle load, broken down by individual axles and for the vehicle as a whole, for each chassis and superstructure with a commentary on the calculation and a declaration. The supplier must submit technical documentation of the offered superstructures in the offer for the purpose of verifying the required parameters. For the superstructures, the contracting authority anticipates an annual operating range of approximately 1,000 operating hours. The superstructures must be delivered in fully functional condition, new, original, non-reconditioned, and must comply with all regulations and standards applicable to this category of vehicles (superstructures), including their approval for operation in the Czech Republic. The proposed execution of the superstructures by the participant must be in accordance with the legislative and technical conditions in terms of technical solutions, working capacity, and the system for connecting individual working tools. The connection of the vehicle and the superstructure must not lead to mutual restrictions on the functionality of the individual components of the assembly (superstructure/chassis).
