Tenders Are Invited for Contracting civil and property liability insurance for the Sant Feliu de Llobregat City Council
The purpose of these terms and conditions is the contracting by the Sant Feliu de Llobregat City Council, as the policyholder, of an insurance policy that covers the City Council's civil and patrimonial liability, in accordance with the provisions of the corresponding Specific Technical Requirements. The insurance must guarantee the economic consequences of the civil and patrimonial liability —direct, joint, joint or subsidiary— of the Insured for bodily and material damage caused to third parties, arising from action or omission in the normal or abnormal operation of public services. Specifically, the coverage includes: • Civil and patrimonial liability for damage to the property of third parties not arising from previous bodily or material damage, caused by errors and omissions in administrative activity. • Professional civil liability of the City Council's qualified technical staff in the exercise of their duties. • Employer's civil liability for bodily damage to their own workers during the insured activity.
