Tenders Are Invited for Construction, External Renewal of Building A7, A7a & A8, Vanderbijlpark Campus
Work entails: roof repairs and associated remedial works to address waterproofing, structural integrity,
and drainage, including the replacement of damaged roof coverings, flashings, gutters, and down pipes
where required. External painting and surface treatments will be undertaken to all relevant facades,
including surface preparation, repairs to cracks or defective finishes; The replacement of cracked
glazing, repairs to frames and seals, installation of new glazing where required; Facade improvements
further include the installation of new external graphics to BuildingA7A, incorporating design, fabrication,
and installation in accordance with approved specifications. Refurbishment works to the landscaping,
and irrigation systems include the repair and installation of new irrigation and plants
