Project Name PS-8 Level 4 Waterproofing and Refurbishment (RE-BID) (opens in new tab, PDF) Project Number 946516.01 Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract from prequalified bidders are invited for the following work:
Transportation Services proposes the refurbishment of the top deck (Level 4) of the Parking Structure 8 (PS-8) to replace the waterproofing membrane, as concrete spalling has been identified due to water intrusion.
The project would remove the existing waterproofing membrane, furnish and install a new waterproofing system, repair the top and underside of the floor slab structure where spalling has been identified, restripe the affected parking spaces, and re-paint the retaining walls.
