BID OPENING Bids will be opened and the total price for each Bid will be read publicly immediately after Bid Closing at the Lane County Public Works Department, Engineering and Construction Services located in the McKenzie Building at 3040 North Delta Highway, Eugene, Oregon. Bidders and other interested parties are invited to be present. Remote attendance options may be available.
