Tenders Are Invited for Purchase of laboratory equipment for the RC DPZiGSEN under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic
1.The Kyrgyz Republic has received financial assistance from the Asian Development Bank to cover the costs of the Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Development Program in Naryn Oblast and intends to use a portion of the proceeds to make payments under the Contract for the Procurement of Laboratory Equipment for District Centers of the Department of Health and Sanitary Supervision under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic in Naryn Oblast. Under this Contract, the Borrower will make payments using the direct payment method, as defined in the Asian Development Bank's Disbursement Guidelines for Investment Project Financing, except for those payments that are contractually required to be made through a letter of credit.
2.The Community Development and Investment Agency of the Kyrgyz Republic now invites eligible bidders to submit bids in sealed envelopes for the supply of the following goods:
Lot No. 1 – General laboratory equipment;
Lot No. 2 – Laboratory measuring equipment .
4.Qualification requirements include: The average annual turnover of the bidder over any of the last three years must be no less than 13,000,000 Kyrgyz soms (thirteen million) for Lot No. 1 and no less than 7,000,000 Kyrgyz soms (seven million) for Lot No. 2. The bidder must have successfully executed two contracts for the supply of similar goods over the last three (3) years, which together must be equal to the total bid price of the bidder.
5.Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 11:00 a.m. (Bishkek time) on June 23 , 2026. Electronic bidding will not be conducted. Bids submitted after the specified deadline will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of members of the tender committee and authorized representatives of bidders, and anyone who wishes to be present in person at the address below at 11:00 a.m. (Bishkek time) on June 23, 2026 .
