Mandatory Submission of Technical Literature Bidders are strictly required to submit official, original product literature or brochures for the motorized treadmill and boxing equipment being offered. This documentation must clearly show the complete engineering, performance capabilities, and material build of the items. 2. Side-by-Side Specifications Comparison Matrix Bidders are expected to thoroughly review the technical specifications of the required items before submitting their bids. To facilitate a transparent and exact evaluation, suppliers must provide a detailed Side-by-Side Specifications Matrix accompanying their bid form. This document must explicitly plot the technical specifications set by the agencys End-User Unit directly against the exact, actual specifications of the specific brand and model being offered. 3. Consequences of Non-Compliance Failure of the supplier to carefully review the specifications, omission of the required product literature, absence of the side-by-side compliance matrix, or any clear deviation from the required standards shall be a ground for the rejection of the bid, disqualification, or cancellation of the processing in preparation of the award. 4. Post-Award Training Requirement The submitting bidder acknowledges that the technical specifications mandate the winning supplier to conduct a comprehensive product operational and safety training session for the end-users free of charge.
