RFQ2026-05-021 Readvertisement: Purchase and Delivery of Parts, Materials and Lube Oil for use in the Preventive Maintenance of DPWH Multi-Purpose Amphibious Dredge MPAD, K3-31 presently stationed
Please quote your lowest price on the items listed below, subject to the Terms and Conditions stated below and submit your quotation duly signed by your representative not later than 10:00 AM of June 1, 2026 manually thru sealed envelop, to the BAC Secretariat, DPWH Regional Office I, Aguila Road, San Fernando City La Union. TERMS and CONDITIONS 1. All entries must be typewritten or legibly written. 2. Delivery period: within 60 Sixty calendar days upon receipt of the approved funded Purchase Order P.O, Administrative penalties pursuant to Sec. 99 of the IRR RA 12009 shall be imposed for non-delivery without valid reason. 3. Warranty shall be for a minimum of three 3 months for supplies & materials; one year for Equipment; 3 years for IT Equipment from date of acceptance by the end-user. 4. Price validity shall be for a period of sixty 60 calendar days. 5. PhilGEPS Registration Certificate Red Membership or Platinum Membership, Mayors Permit and Latest General Information Sheet GIS reflecting the Beneficial Ownership Information BOI, duly received by the Securities and Exchange Commission SEC for corporations, DTI / SEC and Latest Tax Clearance shall be attached upon submission of the quotation. 6. For Small Value Procurement, Income and Business Tax Return with Audited Financial Statement shall be attached. 7. For Small Value Procurement, when the ABC is above Php 50,000.00 Omnibus Sworn Statement shall be attached and submitted 8. Bidders must quote for all of the items and shall submit a proposal on each item and evaluation and award of the contract will be undretaken on a lump sum basis 9. Any erasure, correction or alteration made by the bidders in any of the items shall render the bid non-complying, hence, a ground for disqualification 10. Bidders shall submit original brochures showing certifications of the product. 11. Please indicate the brand of each items being offered. 12. The DPWH reserves the right to accept of reject any bid to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder.
