:repair of the Roof Waterproofing of the Hog Elevation +18.60, Elevation +15.90 and Elevation +21.60, By Laying a Rolled Bitumen Membrane Using the Gas Flame Method
The subject of the order is the repair of the roof waterproofing of the Spent Fuel Storage Facility (SFF) building, Low Part (LP), elevation +18.60, elevation +15.90 and elevation +21.60, owned by Kozloduy NPP, by laying a rolled bitumen membrane using the gas-flame method. The roof of the LP is made of reinforced concrete panels, on which cement mortar and bitumen-based waterproofing type - APP membrane (atactate polypropylene) with mineral sprinkle is placed. On part of the waterproofing coating of the building, numerous unglued sections of the insulation, tears, ballooning have been found, which lead to loss of water tightness, seepage of rainwater and leaks into rooms, as well as compromising structural elements of the building. The main activities are related to the need to fully restore the waterproofing of the roof structure of the SFF-LP building.
