separate Item No. 3 - Fruits and Vegetables - 78,957.50 Euros Without Vat;
separate Item No. 4 - Other Food Products - 54,920.40 Euros Without Vat;
separate Item No. 5 - Meat and Meat Products Produced in Accordance with the Requirements of Regulation Ec 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 30, 2018 Regarding Organic Production and Labeling of Organic Products and for the Repeal of Regulation Ec No. 834/2007 of the Council and with Its Implementing Acts - 14,420.00 Euros Without Vat;

which Will Be Awarded in the Order of Their Individual Value on the Basis of Art.21, Para.6 of the Contract, By Direct Assignment on the Basis of Art.20, Para.4, Item 3 of Notethe Separation of These Separate Positions Was Carried Out in the Presence of the Required Conditions, According to the Provision of Art.21, Para.6 of Ref.the Total Estimated Value of the Designated Items That Will Be Assigned on the Basis of Art.20, Para.4, Item 3 of the Contract, is 78,265.00 Euros Without Vat.after Deducting the Values of the Individual Items That Will Be Assigned on the Basis of Art.20, Para.4, Item 3 of the Contract, the Residual Value of the Order Amounts to Eur 369,664.90 Without Vat.
the Indicated Estimated Values Represent the Value of the Contract for the Respective Specific Item.
for the Duration of the Contract, the Total Value of All Assignments Cannot Exceed the Estimated Value of the Specific Item Specified in This Documentation, Which is the Limit Value of the Contract for the Specific Item for Which a Participant Has Been Designated as An Executor and is Not Binding on the Parties, I.e.the Contracting Authority Has the Right, Depending on Its Needs, Not to Assign Supplies for the Entire Value of the Contract.the Quantities of the Goods Indicated in the Technical Specification Are Estimated and Indicative, and the Contracting Authority Reserves the Right to Increase And/or Decrease Them Depending on the Concretely Arising Real Needs.in This Sense, the Contracting Authority Has the Right, for the Duration of the Contract, Not to Request a Given Estimated Quantity of Goods in Full, as Well as to Request Deliveries of Goods After Reaching the Estimated Quantities Specified for Them Until the Total Value of the Contract is Reached.
