Tender Are Invited For Provide • Rehabilitation of the fire detection system in the main building;
• Completion work on the DODR Savanes building in Dapaong;
• Rehabilitation of the building of the Division of Cadastre and Land Conservation (DCCF) Plateaux Region in Atakpamé;
• Development of the parking area for heavy goods vehicles at the Tohoun Customs Office; etc.
1. The Togolese Revenue Authority (OTR) has obtained funds from the general state budget (initial budget) for the financing of works, supplies and/or services contracts, and intends to use the funds thus obtained for the payment of contracts for the year 2026. The contracts covered by this prior information notice will be conducted through open tendering and price information request procedures.
2. The markets covered by this notice are categorized according to their nature as follows:
(i) Works
• Rehabilitation of the fire detection system in the main building;
• Completion work on the DODR Savanes building in Dapaong;
• Rehabilitation of the building of the Division of Cadastre and Land Conservation (DCCF) Plateaux Region in Atakpamé;
• Development of the parking area for heavy goods vehicles at the Tohoun Customs Office;
• Rehabilitation of the Aného decor store to serve as offices for BOFIP Lacs and DCCF Maritime Est;
• Rehabilitation work on Annex A and Annex B buildings at the OTR Headquarters site;
• Rehabilitation work on the Batoumé and Zolo customs posts.
(ii) Supplies and services:
• Acquisition of tires and batteries;
• Acquisition of lead seals and tamper-evident seals;
• Supply and installation of generator sets;
• Provision of vehicle insurance services;
• Acquisition of motorcycles;
• Acquisition of service vehicles;
• Acquisition of computer and office equipment;
• Acquisition of office furniture;
• Supply and installation of generator sets and stabilization equipment at certain OTR sites;
• Replacement of the elevator cabins in the main building and Annex B;
• Acquisition of computer consumables;
• Provision of maintenance and cleaning services for certain OTR sites;
• Decorations for the 2026 holiday season;
• Acquisition of supplies of various printed materials for the DCCF and other OTR departments;
• Acquisition of office supplies;
• Production of secure documents for taxpayer registration;
• Supply of cleaning products and various other products.
• Supply of white screens for the Customs and Indirect Taxes Commissariat (secure paper).
(iii) Intellectual service:
• Technical study for the rehabilitation of the buildings of the Customs Operations Division of Kodjoviakopé;
3. All contracts for works, intellectual services, and supplies and services will be awarded in accordance with the procedures specified in the Public Procurement Code in force in the Togolese Republic. All suppliers/contractors meeting the eligibility criteria defined in said Public Procurement Code are eligible to submit bids.
