Expression of Interest: Procurement of Aerial Surveillance Systems
supply of four (4) sets of aerial surveillance systems, each consisting of (2) Drone-type UAVs (as per Annexes I and II hereof), to meet the needs of the Hellenic Air Force Units (113AP, 117AP, 120AP, 204AP).
1.3.2 The items to be supplied are classified under the following Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV) code: 35613000-4 "Unmanned Aerial Vehicles".
1.3.3 The total budgeted value for the supply of four (4) sets of aerial surveillance systems amounts to €297,999.97 (two hundred ninety-seven thousand nine hundred ninety-nine euros and ninety-seven cents) including VAT and statutory deductions or €240,322.56 (two hundred forty thousand three hundred twenty-two euros and fifty-six cents) including statutory deductions and excluding VAT, i.e. €60,080.64 (sixty thousand eighty euros and sixty-four cents) per set of aerial surveillance systems. 1.3.4 The supply is subject to withholding of Income Tax (IT) at a rate of 4%
in accordance with the provisions of article 64 of Law 4172/13 as amended by Law 4254/14.
1.3.5 The contract is not subdivided into lots.
1.3.6 The supply of the items of the subject competition will be carried out in accordance with
PED-A-00834/11 June 19/Ministry of National Defence Edition 1st as Annex I, as supplemented - amended
by the terms of Annex II hereof. The special terms as Annex II hereof,
prevail over PED-A-00834 (Annex I), except for obvious errors or omissions.
