Tenders Are Invited for Implementation of the Insulation Approach By the Municipality of Elburg, Spuk Lai 2nd and 3rd Tranche
Description :? The purpose of the assignment is to support owner-occupiers of poorly insulated owner-occupied homes in implementing insulation measures aimed at: • reducing energy consumption; • lowering energy costs; • improving living comfort; • contributing to municipal climate objectives; • and ensuring the lawful expenditure of SpUk LAI funds. The contractor manages the entire process, including joint communication, resident guidance, organization of collective purchasing campaigns, grant application, grant processing, administration, and accountability. Euro 1,700,000.--
