General procurement notice : Ethiopia Capital Market Development Project
The Government of the Republic of Djibouti has received funding from the African Development Fund (ADF) to cover the cost of the Project to Support Public Finance Control Institutions and the Governance of Public Enterprises and Establishments (PAIC-GEP), and intends to use part of the funds granted under this grant to finance the contract for the recruitment of an international firm for in-depth training on the theories, framework, and techniques of auditing public enterprises and administrations, as well as the drafting of the code of ethics for the Inspectorate General of Finance.
The services provided under this contract aim to improve performance and accountability in the management of public finances by strengthening audit functions and optimizing the governance of public administrations and enterprises. The Directorate of External Financing (DFE), through its Project Management Unit (PMU), invites consultants to submit their applications to provide the services described above. Interested consultants must provide information on their capacity and experience demonstrating their qualifications for the services:
? Letter of interest,
? Documentation (copy of the company registration, presentation of the firm or consortium, organization),
? Reference sheets detailing work completed by the firm as a contractor or partner in a contracting consortium (prepared according to the template attached in the Terms of Reference), accompanied by copies of proof of references for similar services and experience in comparable projects (cover and signature pages of contracts and certificates of satisfactory completion),
? Availability of qualified personnel, etc.).
the Principal Objectives of This Project Are to (i) Enhance Transparency and Efficiency in Ethiopia’s Capital Market Through the Development of a Public Disclosure Platform at the Ethiopian Capital Market Authority and (ii) Strengthen Product Development and Market Participation at the Ethiopian Securities Exchange (esx) Through Training, Public Awareness, Investor Education, and Knowledge Sharing on Esx Product and Service Offerings.
