3) Construction of low-cost animal shelter houses and maintenance of buildings for regional
IOAS
4) Construction and maintenance of wells, and water reservoirs for regional IOAS

The Ministry of Agriculture (MoA) has received financing from the International Fund for
Agricultural Development (IFAD) towards the cost of Integrated Agriculture Development
Project and intends to apply part of the financing to payments for contracts for goods, works
and services.
