Tenders Are Invited for Provision of ceremonies and organization of the XII Winter Children and Youth Olympic Games of the Czech Republic 2027
Brief description of the subject:
The subject of the public contract is the provision of services consisting in the provision of ceremonies and organization of the XII Winter Children and Youth Olympic Games of the Czech Republic 2027 (hereinafter referred to as "ODM 2027"), which will be held in the Pilsen Region on 24 - 29 January 2027. The scope of the event mainly affects the ODM participants, but also the public of the Pilsen Region. This is the provision of a project initiated by the Czech Olympic Committee, the aim of which is to contribute to the sports and cultural enjoyment of young people, the dissemination of the ideas of Olympism and the support of healthy competition among young people. The contractor is tasked with ensuring the method of organization and an atmosphere evoking the competitions of the real Olympic Games. For this reason, the subject of the public contract will be the implementation of the opening ceremony, which will welcome the ODM 2027 participants with its mandatory and cultural program and during which the Olympic flame will be lit.
The basic expected value of the VZ is CZK 5,000,000 excluding VAT.
The value of the option is CZK 386,000 excluding VAT.
