Open Procedure: deliveries of Food Products for the Needs of Dg Buratino, City of Plovdiv in Four Separate Positions
i. The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of essential food products to the "Buratino" district by four separate items.
1. The delivery of essential food products to the "Buratino" district should be carried out by dividing it into the necessary types of delivery of food products into four separate items:
- Special Item No. 1 "Delivery of Milk and Dairy Food Products" with a forecast value of 124,198.90 euros incl. VAT and 103,499.08 euros excluding VAT;
- Special Item No. 2 "Deliveries of Meat and Meat Food Products, Fish and Eggs" With Forecast Value: 116,478.40 Euros Including VAT Correspondingly 97,065.33 Euros Excluding VAT;
- Special Item No. 3 "Deliveries of Canned Fruit and Vegetables, Packaged Food Products and Vegetables" With Forecast Value: 36,085.40 Euros Including VAT Correspondingly 30,071.17 Euros Excluding VAT;
- Special Item No. 4 "Deliveries of Bread and Pastry Products" with a Forecast Value: 29,970.00 Euros Including VAT and 24,975.00 Euros Without VAT;
with the Total Forecast Value of the Total Market 306,732.70 Euros Three Hundred and Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Thirty Two Euros and Seventy Euros Including VAT and 255,610.58 Euros Two Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand Six Hundred and Ten Euros and Fifty Eight Euros Without VAT.
2. On the Basis of Article 21, Paragraph 6 of the Code, Special Item No. 4 "Deliveries of Bread and Pastry Products" with a Forecast Value of 24,975.00 Euros Without Incl. VAT, Total 9.771% of the Forecast Value for the Implementation of the Public Sector, Planned as a Special Position in the Current Sector, Which Will Be Filed in Order, Valid for Any Individual Forecast Value - Through Direct Reference to the Basis of Article 21, Paragraph 6 in Connection with Article 20, Paragraph 4, Paragraph 3 of the Code, Such Value for the Relevant Special Position Total 24,975.00 Euro Without Incl. VAT Does Not Exceed the Sum of 156,464 Lv. - For deliveries, converted into euros, the amount of which is equal to 79,998.77 euros and the current forecast value of the individual items, the inclusions in this way do not exceed 20 percent of the general forecast value of the parcel.
The applicant decides to include a special item No. 4, "deliveries of bread and dough products" in the order, valid for no individual forecast value, on the basis and in compliance with the requirements of Article 21, paragraph 6 of the Public Procurement Act - through "direct inclusion" within the meaning of Article 20, paragraph 4, paragraph 3 of the Act.
on the basis of Article 7, paragraph 2 From the Ppzop, the Documents for Participation Include Instructions on the Request for Information Regarding Personal Position No. 4 "Deliveries of Bread and Pastry Products" Including Items, Volumes and Values ??of Items.
3. The Remaining Forecast Value of the Public Portion - The Amount of 230,635.58 Euros, Two Hundred and Thirty Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Five Euros, Fifty Eight Euros, Excluding VAT, and 276,762.70 Euros, Two Hundred and Seventy Six Thousand Seven Hundred and Sixty Two Euros, Seventy Two Euros, Including VAT, Representing the Total Forecast Value of Special Items No. 1, Special Items No. 2 and Special Items No. 3, Which Shall Provide the Maximum Financial Resources of the Components for Implementation and Shall be Distributed According to the Individual Special Items, as Following:
- Special Item No. 1 "Deliveries of Milk and Dairy Food Products" with Forecast Value: 124,198.90 Euros Including VAT and 103,499.08 Euros Excluding VAT;
- Special Item No. 2 "Deliveries of Meat and Meat Food Products, Fish and Eggs" with Forecast Value: 116,478.40 Euros Including VAT and 97,065.33 Euros Excluding VAT;
- Special Item No. 3 "Deliveries of Preserved Fruits and Vegetables, Packaged Food Products and Vegetables" with Forecast Value: 36,085.40 Euros Including VAT and 30,071.17 Euros Excluding VAT VAT;
The total value of the contract for public works for each specific position is equal to the estimated value of the specific position.
The estimated values ??for each specific position are the maximum allowable values. The participant, whose price proposal and bill of quantities do not correspond to the financial resources of the participants, will be excluded from participation if the estimated value of the specific position exceeds the estimated value of the specific position and will be excluded from participation.
