Tenders are invited for supplies of pharmaceutical products for "poddebickie centrum zdrowia" sp. z o. in poddebice 1. the subject of the order is the successive deliveries of pharmaceutical products for the "poddebice health center" sp. z o. in poddebice, divided into 39 packages in quantities and assortment specified in annex no. 2 to the swz - assortment and price form. 2. a detailed description of the subject of the order is included in annex no. 2 to the swz - assortment and price form. 3. the ordering party allows the submission of partial offers. the offer may cover the entire subject of the order or selected parts - packages, and if the package includes more than one item, the offer must be submitted for all items to be valid in this package. the contractor may submit an offer for one, several or all packages. 4. contractors in relation to whom any of the circumstances specified in art. 108 section 1 ppl and art. 109 section 1 point 4 of the act. languages in which the procurement documents are officially available: polish.
