Tenders Are Invited for CW-03: Repair and construction work at 5 schools and the Kyrgyz Academy of Education (KAO)
Lot 1: Three schools in the Chui region and the KAO.
Lot 2: Two schools in Talas region.
Average Annual Turnover in the Construction Sector
Minimum average annual turnover in the construction sector:
Lot No. 1 – 102,540,000.00 Som; and
Lot No. 2 – 70,300,000.00 Som;
calculated as the total sum of confirmed payments received under active or completed contracts over the past 3 (three) years.
Contracts of Similar Scope and Nature
Participation—as a contractor, joint venture (consortium) partner, or subcontractor—in at least one contract that was satisfactorily and substantially completed within the past 5 (five) years and is similar to the proposed works, wherein the value of the Bidder’s participation exceeds:
for Lot No. 1 – 41,014,000.00 Som; and
for Lot No. 2 – 28,120,000.00 Som.
