Tenders are invited for This intellectual services contract, based on purchase orders, concerns the provision of surveying services for future real estate operations to be entrusted to SPEM (extension, rehabilitation and/or construction operations).
Description : This agreement gives rise to the issuance of subsequent contracts pursuant to Article R 2162-10 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is multi-supplier, per lot. The framework agreement leads to the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum value and includes a maximum value per lot. The maximum amount of this framework agreement is set at €2,000,000. This framework agreement [or, where applicable, the relevant lot] will automatically cease to have effect once this maximum amount has been reached, regardless of the duration initially planned by the contracting authority.
