Prequalification: Architectural & Engineering, Mep and Construction Administration Services for the World Bank Group Office in Central African Republic
The World Bank Group invites expressions of interest for proposals from highly qualified and experienced multidisciplinary architectural and engineering firms for the complete design of a new office building for its Country Office in Central African Republic.
The solicitation may be obtained by sending an email to the designated Category Manager, referencing the following information:

A copy of the solicitation will be sent to organizations that have replied to and are eligible to receive this advertisement. All requests and questions regarding this solicitation shall be directed to the following designated Corporate Procurement Category Manager:

Firms must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the technical evaluation:
- Evidence of minimum average annual gross revenues for two of the last three years (from 2023 to 2025) of 3M USD, or the equivalent in CFA or any other currency.
- Evidence that the Firm is registered and is authorized to operate as an architectural and engineering firm in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.
- Evidence that firm has been in business at least five (5) years and has performed similar work during that time in the Africa region.
- Firms must accept the draft contract proposed by WBG as is.
- Any other requirements stated in the RFP.
The World Bank Group reserves the right to publicly disclose contract award information, including but not limited to, name of company receiving the award, brief description of services, and contract award amount, for any contract award valued over US$100,000. Offeror's proposal and contractual documents will remain confidential and therefore not subject to disclosure.
