the Services Included Under This Project Include a Comprehensive Technical Feasibility Study, Full Economic and Commercial Analysis, a Complete Financial Feasibility Analysis, Standardize Financial Model Including the Approximate Tariff Estimation and a Full Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (esia) Compliant with Ethiopian Epa Regulations and International Best Practice (afdb Performance Standards, Ifc Performance Standards, Equator Principles). a Consulting Firm Will Be Selected in Accordance with the Quality and Cost Based Selections (qcbs) Method.
