Tenders Are Invited for Qidong City 2026 Urban Old Residential Area Renovation Project (Power Supply Residential Area, etc.)
Project scale : Qidong City old urban residential area renovation project (power supply area, etc.), with a renovation area of ??approximately 150,000 square meters, subject to on-site determination. The estimated investment is approximately 97.5 million yuan.
Scope of Bidding
( 1) Scheme design and construction drawing design for all projects within the scope of the community renovation, including but not limited to: completion of preliminary design approval (including related costs), survey (including mapping), scheme design, scheme detailing design and construction drawing design and related follow-up services; construction drawing and related technical review at the corresponding stage of this project, preparation of project budget and design disclosure during construction, technical consultation and supervision throughout the construction process, supplementary design and design changes required by the tenderer during project implementation, etc.; participation in all acceptance and other cooperation services at each stage of the project until project completion; the design unit shall provide cooperation on other special designs (if any) related to this project but not within its design scope and technical services such as drawing review and signing, the specific contents of which are detailed in the design task book.
