Expressions of interest Youth and Social Inclusion Strategy Individual Consultant
the Main Objective of the Consultancy is to Formulate a Youth and Social Inclusion Strategy for Zamcom Through Conducting a Needs Assessment of the Youth and Socially Excluded and Vulnerable Social Groups in the Zambezi Basin, Reviewing the Existing Youth and Social Inclusion Policies, Legislative Frameworks, Strategies, Action Plans, Guidelines and Other Commitments at the Member State, Regional and International Levels, Assessing the Effectiveness and Relevance of the Existing Institutional Coordination and Implementation Arrangements at the Members State and Regional Levels and Recommending Strategic Actions and Develop An Implementation Plan.
