Expression of interest for Recruitment of An Ngo for the Operationalization of the Complaints Management Mechanism (mgp) in the Regions of Mopti, Douentza, Timbuktu and Gao
the Services Provided Under This Contract Consist of Setting Up Complaints Management Committees (cgp), Strengthening the Capacities of Their Members in the Understanding and Functioning (operationalization) of the Mgp Within the Framework of the Activities of Pidacc/bn-mali. the Duration of the Service is (45) Days From the Signing of the Contract. It Takes Effect From the Date of Notification of the Contract, and Will Cover the Periods of Preparation, Drafting and Submission of Provisional and Final Reports. This Duration Does Not Include the Deadlines for Approval of the Various Reports By the Ucp and the Bank.
