Public Tender No. rental of buildings in the city of Modi'in-Maccabim-Re'ut
The tender documents can be purchased for a fee of 300 NIS (which will not be refunded).
Payment for the purchase of the tender can be made by phone at the Municipality's Revenue Department: 08-9726109 or 08-9394668, Sunday-Thursday between 08:30-13:00.
After payment, a submission envelope, along with a receipt, can be obtained at the Municipality's Tender Department, 1 Teltan St., 2nd floor, telephone 08-9726042, Sunday-Thursday between 08:30-15:00.
A clarification meeting will be held on 24.6.26 at 10:00 in the conference room in the municipality building, 1 Teltan Street, Modi'in Maccabim Re'ut, on the 2nd floor (near the mayor's office). It should be emphasized that the clarification meeting is mandatory and participation in the meeting constitutes a threshold condition for participation in the tender.
Written questions will be submitted in the ways detailed in the tender documents, no later than 24.6.26 at 23:00.
Deadline for submitting bids: 2.7.26 at 12:00 only, by personal delivery only, to the tender box in the municipality's tender department, at 1 Teltan Street, 2nd floor.
