Specific Procurement Notice the Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Training of a Production and Distribution System for Medical Fluids as Well as Air Treatment Units for Cesfarh in a Single Batch
The Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene has obtained funding from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Post-Ebola Health Sector Support Project (PASSPE) and intends to use part of this funding to make payments under the Contract: the supply, installation, commissioning and training for a medical fluid production and distribution system and air treatment units for CESFARH in a single lot.
The Ministry of Health and Public Hygiene is soliciting sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders to execute the contract for the supply, installation, commissioning and training of a medical fluid production and distribution system and air treatment units for CESFARH, in a single lot .
The tendering procedure will be an International Invitation to Tender (ITA) as defined in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and Related Services under IDB-Financed Projects, September 2018, revised in February 2023 (the “Guidelines”), and open to all bidders from eligible countries as defined in the Guidelines.
Potential candidates are also invited to take note of Clauses 1.18 to 1.21 of these Guidelines concerning the BIsD rules relating to conflicts of interest.
Interested bidders can obtain information from the Coordination Office of the POST-EBOLA HEALTH SECTOR SUPPORT PROJECT (PASSPE) , located in the Dixinn district - within the Central Pharmacy of Guinea (PCG) compound, "Pharmaguinée", Dixinn Commune. City: Conakry; Country: Guinea , from Mr. Boubacar SOUMAH, Procurement Specialist for the project , and review the tender documents at the address mentioned above from Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
The Tender Dossier in French may be purchased by interested Bidders by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment [1] of 1,500,000 GNF . The method of payment of this amount will be as follows:
30% will be paid into account No. 2011000407 of the ARMP opened at the BCRG;
50% will be paid into account No. 41 110 71 of the Central Treasury Receiver and
20% will be paid in cash to the project against a payment receipt.
The tender documents will be delivered by regular mail and/or email.
Bids must be submitted to the address below [2] no later than 10:00 AM GMT on July 25, 2026. Electronic submission of bids is permitted ."will not be"authorized. Any offer arriving after the deadline for submitting offers will be rejected. Offers must be accompanied by "a Offer Guarantee", for an amount equivalent to 15,450 Euros payable also in Guinean Franc at the current rate of the BCRG, 15 days before the date of submission of offers.
