Expressions of Interest Country: Kyrgyz Republic Project: Third Phase of the Central Asia Regional Links Program (carps-3) Credit: Ida 6328-kg/ida Grant D385-kg Job Title: Contract Administration Specialist
The Kyrgyz Republic has received funding from the World Bank (WB) for the Third Phase of the Central Asia Regional Links Program (CARRSP-3) and intends to use part of the funding for consulting services.
The World Bank Project Implementation Unit (PIG) ??of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (WB PIG) hereby invites eligible individual consultants ("Consultants") to express interest in providing these services. Interested Consultants must provide information confirming their required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the requested services.
The consulting services (“Services”) include management and supervision of all work on the ongoing management of the preparation and implementation of the CA-3 SURPS program financed by the World Bank, interaction with the project team, as well as other relevant stakeholders on behalf of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic (MTC KR).

The State Unitary Enterprise of the World Bank, in order to provide consulting services within the framework of the implementation of the Central Asian-3 Regional Development and Trade Project (PURPS CA-3) on behalf of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic, requires the following:
Contract Administration Specialist
·Higher education in the field of jurisprudence, technical or economic education;
·General work experience (at least 3 years) in the field of procurement and/or contract administration and management;
Practical knowledge of local and international procurement guidelines with knowledge of FIDIC ,and experience and knowledge of Multilateral Development Bank (MDB) contract administration guidelines is an advantage ;
·Relevant work experience (at least 3 years) in projects funded by international organizations and/or organizations funded by international donors;
·Completion of professional training, seminars, or advanced courses in contract administration; FIDIC certification is an advantage.
·Fluency in spoken and written state and official languages ??is required,English language is an advantage;
·Good computer skills, knowledge of all Microsoft Windows office applications .
