Tender Are Invited For VI00Hiring a consulting firm for the provision of Final Design and Construction Supervision for RH in Saint Croix, USVI
Mercy Corps is seeking a consulting firm with expertise in Architectural, Civil/Structural
Engineering, and Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) Engineering. This engagement is
part of the Caribbean Resilience Initiative, PRIME Programme, aimed at enhancing the capacity
of community centres to serve as Resilience Hubs during disasters. This Project is being
implemented across 2 phases. Phase 1 has already been completed and included Condition
Assessment and Conceptual Design of the site. The following summarizes Phase 2:
PHASE 2
? Final design and development of construction tender documents
? Construction supervision – provision of construction inspection and monitoring during
construction to ensure quality construction in accordance with the design and technical
specifications
