the State of Senegal Has Obtained Loans From the African Development Bank (adb), the Islamic Development Bank (idb) and a Donation From the Global Center for Adaptation (cca) to Finance the National Integrated Livestock Development Program in Senegal - Phase 1 (pndes-p1) Whose Objective is to Develop Competitive, Climate-resilient Animal Value Chains That Provide Employment, Particularly for Young People and Women, and to Contribute to to the Strengthening of Food Sovereignty in Senegal. the Pndies-p1 Acting in the Name and on Behalf of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Sovereignty and Livestock (masae) Intends to Use Part of These Funds to Retain the Services of a Consultant for the Recruitment of a Firm for the Annual Audit of Pndies-p1 Acquisitions for the Financial Years 2025, 2026 and 2027.
