Request for Quotation laboratory and computer equipment delivery logistics services, pandemic fund (Honduran companies only)
Request for Quotation Services (LRQS) No. LRFQ-2026 - "LOGISTICS SERVICES FOR THE DELIVERY OF LABORATORY AND COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, PANDEMIC FUND."
The following details the timeline for this Services Quotation Request process:
1. Acknowledgement of Receipt of the LRQS:
Bidders are requested to inform UNICEF as soon as possible by email to:
hon_adquisiciones@unicef.org who have received notification about this LRQS process.
2. The deadline for submitting any queries regarding this LRQS is as follows:
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 17, 2026 until 11:59 PM (Official Time of the Republic of Honduras), to the email address hon_adquisiciones@unicef.org.
3. THE DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING OFFERS AND SAMPLES IS AS FOLLOWS:
TUESDAY, JUNE 23, 2026 until 11:00 AM (Official Time of the Republic of Honduras)
The acceptable way to submit the offer is by email to the following address: hon_adquisiciones@unicef.org.
Any offer received by UNICEF after the submission deadline will be rejected.
Offers must be sent ONLY to the above-mentioned email address. Offers sent to other addresses or submitted by other means will be invalidated, even if received before the stipulated deadline for submission.
